Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account in the current launch version of the platform.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information, maintain one personal account unless we approve otherwise, protect your password and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Free and future paid services

Courses clearly marked “Free” do not have a course-access fee. Learners may still incur internet, equipment, material, ingredient, examination, certification or supervised-training costs outside Zentix. Any future paid service will display the amount and essential terms before payment.

4. Educational purpose

Content is provided for general education. It is not a promise of employment, income, professional status or licensing. Information may not fit every country, workplace or individual circumstance.

5. Trade and safety-sensitive learning

Do not perform electrical, plumbing, construction, machinery, food-safety, medical or other hazardous work solely because you watched an online lesson. Follow local laws, current codes, manufacturer instructions, protective-equipment requirements and qualified supervision. Stop if conditions are unsafe or beyond your competence.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the platform for fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment or unlawful activity.
• Attempt to access another person’s account or restricted systems.
• Upload malware, interfere with security or overwhelm the service.
• Copy, resell or redistribute course content without permission.
• Use course material to misrepresent professional qualifications.

7. Intellectual property

Zentix branding, interface, original lessons, graphics and course materials are protected by applicable rights. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for learning. Third-party names and resources remain the property of their owners.

8. User submissions

You retain rights in original work you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, display and review it for course operation, support and platform security. Do not submit material you lack permission to use.

9. Service availability and changes

We may improve, correct, replace or remove features and content. We aim for reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Important changes will be communicated appropriately.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or close accounts involved in serious or repeated violations, fraud, abuse or security threats. You may request account closure through support. Applicable records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee outcomes, error-free content or suitability for a particular professional task. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing framework

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Ghana, without preventing consumers from relying on mandatory protections that apply in their country. Parties should first attempt to resolve concerns through our support channel.
